The failure of recruitment practices and a strategy to combat them - don't stop

I've been working a new job for 3 years. Some may think 3 years is hardly new. But this environment I'm working in is constantly changing. It is in a sense it is schizophrenic. Sometimes a manager may mention Lean as if this is a holly word, but not understand really what it is. Then it's all change and when a change happens we have just 5 minutes to get trained on it, on a specific day at a specific time. If you happen to be on leave, then you'll miss out. But 6 months down the line you'll then find out what you missed out on. It is chaotic.

Working there 3 you most people may think it's no longer a new job. which is not the way I see it. In my previous workplace for 32 years it is new. In fact, if I hadn't of known otherwise, this Organisation has done more to ensure I didn't get employed than get employed with them. My experience in this area is not the same but juxtaposes so much most of what I already know has some relevance to this new job role. yet in the recruitment process I had tried in excess of 20 times. If anything, this shows persistence leads to results. Even though they rejected me many times. My manager has also gotten to see my value, although at one point during the probation period it felt like he wanted to get rid off me because I kept saying I didn't know how to do certain things. Things which the crap computer system would barely allow someone who knew how to do it to do.

So I took screenshots of the online recruitment questions and particularly my multiple choice answers. I
would see if that set of answers worked or not. There would be a computer generated reply, possibly AI generated, giving reason and clues as to why I did not fit their criteria. But eventually I did. The bastards, however, gave two sets of tests. One was of personality. It was I thought somewhat offensive to say I didn't have the personality, and also at the same time to say the answers to the personality questions needed to be honest and there was no right or wrong set of answers. However, It was clear from their you-have-failed email they did take into account personality. So I changed my personality answers. Taking several failed applications, I created a spreadsheet and found the answers which got through. Funnily enough, it was my 3rd application which got me a job. My other applications were for different jobs and none of them were successful. Even now I continue to apply for other jobs in the same organisation, I expect I'm now up to 10 other failed applications. It is in my view an incredibly flawed and unfair process.

As a manager and a decision maker, I've had to deal with many situations, most of which I've now forgotten about.  Yet, I have confidence in my abilities. Put me in the situation and see what happens. See how I react and how I deal with it. Instead, this Organisation likes to see how good my written supporting statement is. They look at things called competencies. Hell, I was studying competencies and recruitment practices 20 years ago. Funny and tragic thing is I have known of applicants who have never written their own applications. They have been done by people in their lives who had better literary skills. Yet, these individuals have got through and beaten the system. Got the job. I do my own work. I don't get anyone else to do it. You could call me donkey man. Mind, that might mean something else. Donkey, as in carrying all the weight and baggage on my back myself. Just like I pay my taxes and don't take out of the system. It almost makes me feel a bit bitter. I have seen many a manager who were incompetent, jumped to conclusions and decisions, acted inappropriately, even the occasional bully. The recruitment process failed in allowing these persons through. I've seen good, hard-working employees leave organisations because they just could not get on with the person who managed them. I've nearly done so myself. Yet the recruitment process doesn't account for these.

So I still continue. I'm not stopping at all. Even if I may be in the older age range where I'm expected to retire and shut up. I really want to get my job done and want to show I can do it and do it better than many other people. So I'll copy all of my statements I make, request feedback every time and then do what I can to improve my answers. So far I've got to learn it's what they haven't said in the recruitment process which is most important.  It's these unwritten rules which are more valuable than any introduction session on how to fill in a form and what they are looking for. Back to basics, I will get better and better and they'll not get rid of me. I will retry again even though my job is so demanding and I could not adequately do it if I worked 60 hours a week.

Right Wing Press, Tabloids, Racists, Propagandists

Then there is that dreadful organisation known as Antifa. They put their stickers up everywhere. Lampposts, abandoned buildings, unused shop windows. They are so outlandish I don't know where to look. Well in fact I tried looking. I did a google search. Asked my neighbours. Sent a thread into the treadosphere. Where can I join up, I asked? This sounds like an organisation I want to be part of. An organisation worthy of being a member. They fight against injustice and fascism.

I was informed my grandad would have been a member. He fought in the second world war, on his belly he was had a rifle and shot at the nazis. He never mentioned whether he killed any. So it come to mind there is actually no organisation called Antifa. None at all. I could not sign up, could not pay any subs, could not get a monthly magazine. Because by fact of being open minded and thinking in the words of Jo Cox there is more we have in common which brings us together than difference. And of course, the understanding when it comes to taxes, migrants have paid more tax per person than taken out of the system than ordinary indigenous white people. They create businesses, they are compassionate and have charities and they support communities. Yet they are villainised.

Our NHS would collapse and there would be no NHS at all without immigrants. Yet the right wing want them out of this country. So every white racist small minded little Englander will to shoot themselves in the foot and they don't care about their health, their wellbeing. Of course, the result is a Privatised healthcare system. That's what the Tories and Fartrage want. To which I would ask does this improve the situation? It does not. All those racist little Englanders will find they will have to pay two or three thousand pounds a year for the basic level of health insurance. So, they will inevitably get sick, but it will not just be the racist voters who get sick, it will be their children, their grandchildren their elderly relatives. Because they can't afford either medicine or healthcare. Britain effectively becomes a little America. People will die. Preventable deaths. Yet the racists don't get it. They will waive their little flags think they are patriotic, but all their actions have been those of very unpatriotic people. They will as well suffer from their illnesses and inevitably die of them. But so will the left voting populace.

Over a long period of time a lot of change has happened to the press in Britain. It was once just right wing in general. Always bias, because of course there is no such thing as a neutral fact-finding press, always supporting the Tories and always spinning a web of bias if not lies. But it has now moved so far right most ordinary right-wing papers are now digging up the remains of Mussolini and making shrines of him. Here's a kneecap. Yes, the perfect thing to smash any liberal in the face with. Yes, we don't care about their views we just want to smash them, bash them, tread them into the dirt so they cry and can never get up again. Now really? Will that solve anything? Of course it won't. The future will be worse for Britian, the Overton window has moved. These voters who like Deform may think they are defending Britain and things will change for the better because a snake oil salesman says so. Some I believe don't understand the power of politics, they don't understand the repercussions of their votes and the characters of those they vote in.

We are now in a fight, it is starting to buble up in the streets as flags bought from a factory in China are hung on lampposts. By so called patriots. Who in reality will bring Britain to it's knees. This is not the Britian I have been brought up in. I am Antifa. I'll use words, and if it comes to it actions to demostrate peacefully.

One vote one adult

It makes me wonder whether the notion of one person and one vote is representative of democracy. For as each year of my life passes, I think there are some individuals who should not get the right to vote. Especially those who fall down into the depths of a rabbit hole. Not too dissimilar to something Lewis Carol wrote about. The persons who have their own facts, which are not actually facts at all but are lies dressed up in easy to understand language. The easy to understand bit is because they don't use the wonderful faculty between their ears. It is like they go out of their way to make bad decisions. Some of those individuals are even those who are close to me and this causes great emotional and psychological pain. It is not possible to say otherwise. They have simply been brain washed. Social media has infected their mind with falsehoods. It is like some malign force is out there. Who can it be? The Russians, the Chinese the crazy right wing lunatic Americans. Perhaps all of them.

One vote one person. I follow British politics with enthusiasm. I hate what Britain has become after 14 years of Tory malpractice, 14 years of corruption, 14 years of racing to the bottom or the world. As a country we can no longer be considered part of the developed world. There is no housing and those who want social housing are on waiting lists up to 17 years or more. Housing is one of the most important items every single person must have, a home, a place of their own. After 14 years of Tories we have the highest utility bills we've ever had before. The disaster of privatised water now mean our seas and waterways (except Wales, Ireland and Scotland) are filled with sewage. Yet even Tories and Tory voters must know this, they must understand this is the consequence of their voting. They must understand if they need to see a doctor or go to the Hospital the lack of service is because they voted Tory and the Tories have only their immediate financial self-service as a priority.

England is dying. England is depressed. England has become the sick old man of Europe and it is because Cameron was too weak a man to face down the right wing lunatics in his own party and withdraw the whip from them. The right win is now fractured as we have Farage the racist in sight. Farage the man who as a growing child enjoyed singing racist Nazi tunes. The man who has two passports and can leave Britain at any time but chooses to stay here as he is a multimillionaire feeding poison into the vulnerable people who lack the initiative to both to understand Politics.

I sincerely hope there is light with a Labour government now in power. But it is almost like the inevitable bath of self-destruction continues. It feels like Britain is now Nazi Germany in the 1930s.

An election at last

It is with relief an election has been called by the weak Sunak. A man who has never suffered the strife of real work his entire life. A man who doesn't know what it is like to not have two pennies to put together in order to afford his lunch. Because he has been closeted like an entitled Indian prince. Yet even the closeted can feel compassion and empathy. This man doesn't.

It's hard to wonder what he feels. But the suffering of others is not one of them. Unless he is an individual who hides his contradictions deep at an unconscious level. For them to come out years in the future with the question of how he might have done better for Britain. Again for some reason I don't think this matters. Though, a part of me hopes there will be a Karma effect on him and his family for what he has done to us all. If Britain was his own wallet, things would have been done differently. Funny how it is we hold civil servants to a higher degree of integrity than we do our politicians. Especially in Parliament, where rules are easily broken, what did have once unspoken codes of honour and expectations. But when put into contemporary, events are broken because we were ruled by a corrupt bunch. By egotistical maniacs who thought they knew best or even if they didn't it was a matter of being in power. Being in the public and getting exposure. Just so when it's time to leave, their nest is feathered with the prospect of limitless speaker gigs. For large fees. An hour gig giving a sudden six-figure sum into their bank accounts. Or so it has been with our joke of a PM Bozo the clown.

This is not my country, I would not die for it. Given the opportunity I was live in Europe, my home would be a welcome place to strangers. But I can't go anywhere and have to sit it out. God may the Tory sewage infested waterways of our politics change in the next six weeks.

What is our true value?

My wife said to me I should not be bitter. It's almost like a flaw in my character, I'm careful to try and keep it at bay but it's not always easy. For I believe my value, my worth, my abilities are higher than the cards I've been dealt. Perhaps this is why I have an innate dislike for Tory governments, or for Tories. It's the same old story being recycled over and over again. A Tory politician is usually one who has been educated in a private school. The more important the school considers itself and the higher the fees it charges then the higher the value the Tory politician acquires. This is the important bit. They are given the best of life's opportunities from birth to leaving education, their expectations are that they will become wealthy, do great things and the world owes them.  Just for having them breath air the world must pay them respect. Hence it is the class system kicks in. The worth of a Tory is the worth of the stepping stones they have placed gently in front of them as they grow up.

In the imaginary world of meritocracy, the best people for the job rise to the surface, they are smarter, they are brighter, they stand out amongst others. It can be seen in their confidence of public speaking. In the way they dress, in the language they use, their accent and the connections they have. Tories therefore represent the class system, they like to see themselves as better than other people, and then they believe they are the ones who are lifting up the poor by paying their taxes. Or as we know in today's cases not paying but rather dodging the spirit of tax paying in any way they can. From birth to leaving education they are molly coddled, given the best holidays, given the best education in which it will be one to one tutoring or it will be in small classes. It is like they are being bred into a life and life style which is close to inevitable. Money is security, it ensures they never have to worry. They always get to sleep on a bed in a warm house and have more than enough food to satiate their appetite. But what really is their worth? Being given all the opportunities or indeed opportunity hoarding doesn't mean the positions they reach is because of their value. So why might this be?

Lets compare and contrast. A working class single mother raises two children, she rents her home, she has to work and must receive Universal Credit in order to make ends meet. She loves her children very much as does every mother. But she's unable to afford them the best independent education available, so her children go to a state run school. Where the classes are of extraordinary size, 30 to 33 pupils. The class teachers can't keep track and do their best. One to one tuition is near to impossible. However it doesn't mean these children are less smart. What it does mean is they have obstacles to overcome. They may go home and find their mother is in a mood, she's had a bad day at work. Mum can't spend as much time with them as she likes but she does her best. It's difficult, very difficult. Her attention is divided as a mother and as a earner. It is not meant to be this way it just is.  The children are happy in their family and with their mum. But there is no hand up. They may spend their time doing homework but if so it's because they feel like it. But children will be children and sometimes a TV set or an electronic play console take their attention. What is their worth? It is a lot to their mother but is their potential and their ability to be the best of what they could be given a chance in these circumstances? I guarantee it is not.

So it is. Today we have self entitled politicians who never had the same realities as their poorer cousins who may have missed a meal once in a while, or never new what a holiday was. Wealth and Toryism gives Tory children not just a step up, it gives them privilege, the privilege of being rich. Yet we then go and rate those Tory rich kids as being representative of meritocracy, when they are not. For example a certain politician whose name rhymes so well with Grease-Smug had a private education and considers himself to be above the commoner. Yet Grease-Smug is not actually a bright person. Smug may well have done exceeding well in education, I don't know, but I do know that education or ability to have done well was because of the education not because of his true value. Not because he is someone I'd ever follow into battle.

In British society we have individuals who will concede the value of Grease-Smug, these hat dofters and head nodders take on a subsumed post. I is like they have decided their true values is less than this individual. They have a place in society and their place is to be lower and less worthy of this person who has been silver spooned all of their life. It is class, it is because we live in a society why has the rules of unspoken classes bound within it like the DNA we each have. But class is fake, it is an advantageous system made to keep the wealthy in the best position generation after generation.

Getting to be the best at something depends on the chances given, the education received, the opportunities available it does not depend on being truly of merit when it comes to the highest persons in society. Usually the rich persons, the ones who have made it. The more I think about it the less I actually see of any high ranked person who doesn't have a few million in their bank account.

This is my bitterness, my dislike. It is being valued at less than what I am. When I look around me there are people I see who are well worthy of meritorious positions. They are not Royals, they don't have the best educations money can buy but they are worthy much more than any of the Tory politicians we have in cabinet now.

Rigor Mortis of Bozo politics

It feels like I am in an alternate reality, one which should of ended years ago but carries on going. Such is 12 years of Tory governments. My country is dying. My country has chosen a group of the worst sort of people to lead it. Bullies, self-indulgents, corrupt and without a care they are inflicting permanent damage on the lives of the innocents. This is not a country to be proud of, it is one which is trapped in a long lost era which has been hoodwinked and gaslit on those who have not questioned or reasoned what they are seeing or doing. We are at war with each other, a tactic which the Tories love because culture war means there is no class war. Throw a dead cat on the table and before it's had a chance to lose some of that rigor mortis, throw another dead cat, then another.

Bozo the clown leads Britain, a man who has only cared for himself in his life. A man who thinks everything can be made into a game and can be fun. It's a game he's created, he is the game master. He laughs and jokes at every opportunity as though no one can be anywhere as smart as him. Even though the reality is, he is not so smart at all. He is most lucky in his opportunities and his friends and his mates who don't care about what he is but more what he gives to them from the position he is in. Such is a very large intake since the 2019 GE. It's not just the blue wall MPs, it's every other MP as well. Without the clown they would not be there. It was the clown who imposed discipline on those who did not see eye to eye. No matter of their standing or experience, they had to be pulled in line and made to agree. So it is the Tory party is no longer ruled by sense and the delusion of trying to do some good. It is ruled by a liar who cares not about real life because he is wrapped in the cloak of invincibility. Does what he likes and he gets away with it.

It seems way too long to wait for the next election, and fortunately Labour is no longer run by a three legged donkey as a leader, but one who will blur the lines of established swing Tory voters and bring them back.

A message to a Tory voter

Imagine a few years from now, you've been to the doctor's, it was a little niggle, didn't seem much to start out at, then comes the waiting to find out more. Weeks pass, months even. An appointment arrives and a specialist takes a sample or two. There's another wait, this time a little shorter and you're called by the doc again to come in and have a chat. The doc says it's cancer, but they caught it a little late, you can have treatment to extent your life but it's inevitable. You will die.

Then it dawns on you. You had voted Tory to protect the NHS, you had voted Tory to keep your job, you had voted Tory because it was your patriotic duty to do so, to keep the foreigners out, to keep Britain for the British. Yet, your specialist was not British, the nurse who took your bloods was not British and you're still dying. You voted Tory. The lie reaches it's conclusion. Were there really enough doctors and nurses to see you earlier seeing the specialist would of been quicker, getting on a waiting list would of been shorter and your life would of been somewhat longer.

Worse still now imagine it's not you but someone you love in your family, your partner, a child, an uncle or aunt, your mum. All because you voted Tory against your own best interests. You voted to decimate your own health care, you can't afford a private operation and why should you because you've been paying tax all your life. But the Tory reality is wealthy people pay little if any tax. They ensure their money is theirs and nothing is skimmed off by the state. A little like those very big corporations, the ones who have made a killing and made multimillionaires even wealthier. The likes of posh talking people. The likes of those who run tabloid newspapers. The very newspapers you read each day telling you to vote Tory. So lets ask the question. When did those millionaires and those newspaper owners become interested in you and your health? When?

Corrupt Tory Governemnt Kills Voters

There is a madness about when it comes to politics and the public. In 50 years from now, if humanity still exists we'll be asking what the hell happened when Bozo the clown (Boris Johnson) got elected into government? The answer is complex but initially it is to do with public image and cult status, Cambridge Analytica, Trump and Brexit. The British public were played to the tune of nationalism and the tabloid right wing press. Which was able to hoodwink or rather gaslight the voters of Britain leaving the EU would be a good thing. A good thing for who should be asked. The likes of those who have a few million in their bank account would of been on the edge of their seat knowing it was a good thing for them. For greed, and not giving a shit about the common voting, working class individual. Providing said individual continued to vote against their own best interests. Such is the power of tabloid media. It is always about the detail, but the emphasis is on whipping up emotion. For emotion comes from a more primitive part of the brain and it stops logic performing what it should do. Looking for facts and verification. Minds some people just want an easy life and can't be bothered with being used. With believing what they see. I wonder how they would feel if the veil of Toryism was removed from their eyes and they saw the truth.

Without the media Bozo is a man of mediocrity, in fact his entire cabinet well below standard when it comes to political awareness, I.Q. and political ability.  Raab didn't even read the Good Friday Agreement and confessed to having no idea of the importance of Dover to importing. He also has a Law degree from Oxford and a Masters from Cambridge. The achievement of which could of only come about through gross levels of support and finance, because he is not a leader, or man worthy of asking the time. Patel is a vindictive lemon sucking evil manifestation of the Satan. Her eyebrows cost the taxpayer £70,000 in expenses. What does she thing she is? Bozo parties in his home come office come civil service building, while 150,000 British voters died of COVID. And Labour has at last got a leader ready to modernize the party, to take it forward into integrity, while the socialists on the left as always do their best to sabotage Labour's interests. It's like they don't get it. As think as shite. Get into office first, put on your best face and then you can gradually bring about socialist principles, policies and government. Just like Bozo rode the cycle of Brexit just to get into power. Do anything to get into power. Even if it means being nice and getting on with others, who are by the way in exactly the same party. Or Labour can go down the route of not being in power for the next 100 years and let the Tories utterly destroy Britain.

I am personally sick of Tory Governments. The hate I against them has depthless, they are killing Britain, killing the NHS, killing education, destroying the judicial system, making the policing of Britain anemic and killing voters. If we want a NHS which does everything we need to pay for it. We must ensure all the tax avoiders and dodgers now pay their fair taxes. If they can't understand the spirit of the law and the importance of paying taxes then they need to go and live in another country. Be residents of the Monaco jet set, not of Britain. I thought here we liked to be fair, be just and follow the law. But it's not happening. Our Government has taken over the contract business and it means those who are friends of Tories will be fine. Even if those friends happen to be hostile foreign governments.

Our government is corrupt, a fish rots from the head down and Bozo should not be in office, he should be in prison.

A Political Crime happening now

Britain has two very apparent problems which are tearing us apart. We've become a polarized nation which is full of anger and hate, some refer to this as the footbalisation of views. It probably began with Cameron's, a man with unbelievable hubris. Had the tabloid press eating out of his hand and then gave us a class in disaster decision-making. For the good of the Tory party he allowed there to be a referendum on the issue of Europe.  It was all with selfish reasons, he didn't know how to deal with Tory in-fighting, the ERG were on his back, Farage sat in a corner pulling plumbs out of a pie and then throwing the stones at Camers. If the Tories didn't get their act together they would be just like Labour, pulling themselves apart. For Camers he could only see one version of the future, he'd remain as PM because the country would clearly see coming out of the EU was a big mistake. And of course being so pig ignorant and self absorbed he didn't contemplate or
consider he'd lose. Lose he did.

Like a rat on a sinking ship Cameron left Britain to get on with someone else. It is like someone stuck in a lift with a fart they didn't put there, and one so disgusting they just have to punch a way out. He left us with the most incompetent Prime Minister in the history of politics. But of course we now know Camers was like any ordinary Tory, always out to make good for himself, having nearly come up with £60 million from the Greensill fiasco. Corruption in one way or another is like a name running through a stick of rock, it's the one thing which marks out a Tory.  So now we're left with one PM who has fanned oxygen on the fuel of division. He's done it the best way by dividing up Labour heartlands with his jovial goon publicity as if this were the mark of an innocent man. A polite man, a man who bumbles his way. However, Johnson might appear bumbling, it has worked because of his affiliation with the public, with a face of a maverick character he's charmed half the country.

Unfortunately this country is now at war with itself and can do nothing about the most corrupt government of our times. In a time of need Britain has required a leader and what we got is a clown and a circus fascist Tory cabinet. A cabinet which is gradually destroying democracy. Breaking down the barriers which would prevent it from gaining another term. They are also absorbed in making money for themselves and if governing gets in the way what does it matter? Bozo the clown is in government because of popularity. He has a following who are willing to forgive him much like fascists of wars. Fortunately the man is not into detail and bumbles all the time. Were he half competent under it all then he'd have droves of supporters marching down the street waving flags and smashing the windows of anyone who didn't support him.

The thing with Bozo is he cannot take criticism well, his stock reply is to shake his head, disagree and say it is all out of context of what he meant. He hates to be interviewed by hostile journalists. What helped him into power was he avoided the most rabid political journalists on TV. He knew he'd be easy meat. Unfortunately, for him there was the odd one who slipped through the net, probably because he completely underestimated them. In the end Bozo  has no conception of how his decision affect the British people. No conception of the realities of what it is to be the PM. But he does like the publicity, like a moth to the light, he jumps for joy and dances when the world is looking at him but really how many moths does one need to see before getting fed up with them. It's like he's oblivious to the cult wave of populism coming to an end. It will, but still the Red Wall of the North which is now a Blue wall of the North is not getting it. They will be even worse off under this continuing Tory government than they ever have been. It's 2021 and things have barely got as tough as they are going to get. In the next 3 years poverty will hit a record high. This government are immovable with their 80 seat majority, but those Tory MPs who think they are riding a victory wave will be getting a lot of flack from their constituents. I'd be money they will not be in their seats come the next election. Providing that is Labour can pull it's socks up and Starmer start to do his job. If he can't pull a rabbit out of a hat in the next 6 months he needs to go. Put in place someone who can tear the Tories apart, someone who is a rabid dog at PMQs, perhaps someone who is a woman. For we all know Bozo is a misogynist and the one thing he'd not like is facing down a woman with backbone.

Living with the worst Tory government in British history

It is beyond a joke, it is beyond incompetence, so far beyond any word would be inadequate to describe the UK government. It is undoubtably, corrupt.

I lived through the Thatcher era and at the time it felt like working class people had nothing, we could barely rub two pennies together. Food was spare on the table. To the extent, it changed me. I saw food, whether breakfast or dinner, and would scoff it down as though it was both my first and last meal. Thatcher made the poor and the working classes pay for her Britain. Just as Johnson today will be making those same classes pay for his time running this country. Billions of pounds seem to be getting wasted at any opportunity to furnish the pockets of Tory donors. The tabloid press is so right biased it is not bothering to question or seek out truth anymore. Instead, it does it's best to twist the truth and make it seem as though the Tories are the best thing since sliced bread.

The country is divided down cultural lines, social lines and any other line the Tories can find. Even working class voters have been gaslit into believing everything is the fault of the left, but yet this corrupt party has been in power for 11 years. They've had this time to change and improve the country instead Britain is now plunging into the depths of financial ruin. Each day is like a cut and we are dying of many of these.

Imoral, misguided or just plain corruption

Boris Johnson has been in power as the head of government for more than a year. He won the Tory leadership contest first and then in December 2019 went to a General Election. So we should only count the days from the GE date rather than the leadership date. He won against an opponent who was toxic to the electorate middle ground. Corbyn, and Corbyn did not consider standing himself down regardless of the heap of negative press which came out of the majority of newspapers. His far left stance was old Labour and granted he whipped up support from the younger generations, he was never going to win those kingmaker mid-political-spectrum-votes. The consequence, a whopping 87 seat Tory majority and a disastrous result for Labour. Effectively now, Boris can do anything he likes in government. To cement his control Boris kicked out the experienced voices of reason, the ones who had level heads and might rebel.

Brand new MPs were engaged in Parliament with fresh willing-to-please faces. The sort who'd never been so high in politics before, eager to side with their master, do what he asks, because it is the Tory party that matters. It is power that matters and he has it all. Yet, in reality Boris is not running the country it is his special advisor Dominic Cummings and what Cummings says Boris follows.  Boris has no strategic plan of where to take the country is area of expertise is jingles the sort which sell tabloids and editors like, especially the "get Brexit done" which no doubt in many years time will be inscribed on a tomb somewhere.

With this government what normally would of been sackable offences and front page news has little value. In years gone by a scandal hitting the headlines would of led to being hounded out of office no longer is this the case. The old news cycle of yesteryear would reveal snippets of information over a few days, papers got their teeth into the story, pressure would mount up and the culprit ignominiously be kicked out of office. But the master of distraction is Boris, he termed the throwing a dead cat on a table.

It's a story which distracts from the primary news, simply a magicians method of misdirection. The news cycle has rapidly changed from hour to hour rather than day to day.  This government ensures the reigns of press are particularly weighted to the Tories as well. Yet we go from one disastrous news item to another, both in themselves they'd singly ensure a change of minister but rapid distraction is like a magician shuffling a deck of cards keeping them in office. We simply forget what happened, we stop shouting at yesterdays news and are aghast at today's news. With so many inept individuals in cabinet, making so many egregious decisions there is always something new to put in print, and so the distraction process of incompetency ensure they stay in power. They have all been promoted beyond their ability, more so than schools' exams fiasco.

Looking across the pond we see similar diversion methods being used by Trump, again a man not fit for office.  British government no longer plays by the rule of honour. Which is Johnson's choice, as the PM sets the culture and the rule book has been thrown out. Services which should go to public tender are given to colleagues to make a quick buck. Independent legal teams such as the Good Law Project are crowd funded are doing their best to bring these persons to account. Yet, these acts of appropriation should not be happening in the first place! This is so outlandish there must be a conscious decision making process going on behind it. It cannot be because of some misguided vision of the world because it is happening repeatedly.  Jobs for the lads can be seen as Cummings farming out contracts to friends.

How can this be right? How can they be getting away with running a government as though it is their own version of Monopoly and they have the cash tin? Again it comes down to an 87 seat majority and a disregard for unstated rules of behaviour and what can only be judged as corruption.

Test, Track and Isolate was taken up by Dido Hardy Harding a pitifully bad executive of Talk Talk who negligently allowed customer data to be hacked, her husband also an MP is on the 1812 committee and is an advocate of privatising the NHS. She also was on the board advocating the Cheltenham Festival take place just as Covid 19 had hit the country.

Rishi Sunak used to be a corporate hedge fund executive working for the Children's Investment Fund management. Which had been blacklisted for tax avoidance. He was also involved in the attempted raid on an American company's pension fund. Something he may consider to put in place for British pensioners in the future. After all he has to try and pretend he's interested in making the books balance. I doubt though whether he has as much money as his multi-millionaire wife. In government, he plays the art of doing what he's told he has no control over budgets he just likes to look competent. Then there was the case of Chris Greyling, the only man to ever buy a cross ferry contract for a company which owned no ferries and then to not get himself voted onto the intelligence committee because for once MPs did
actually vote conscientiously for the best person for the job Julian Lewis. There's talk Cummings wanted another puppet and access to the MOD. What a slap in the face that must of been? It stung so hard the Tories removed the whip from him. He is effectively chair of the highest defence committee in the country with no party. As for Dominic Raab who can ever forgive him saying he would prosecute the Dunn parents using the full weight of his Office for daring to challenge the manslaughter of Harry Dunn and requesting Anne Sacoolas come back to Britain to face justice. His judgement is despicable, he is a nasty individual. His quick wittedness is legendary especially for the time he admitted on prime TV only just realising the importance of the Port of Calais
in BREXIT negotiations. Lastly, lets also not forget the bumbling Matt Hancock a man who likes to lie to your face. He could never have passed his Maths at school because tests sent out in the post are counted as completed tests. He goes on camera and has the appearance of the pupil who didn't do his homework and has to answer questions from a teacher. It's getting to the point the most benign Tory backing interviewers such as Nick Ferari make Hancock look like an idiot and they don't mean to.

This is the worst successive Tory government we've had since the ones before and nobody would of thought it possible. A further three years of this government will lead to riots in the streets, will lead to marches on parliament and will lead to an absolute break down of civil society the like this country just has not seen and would never of thought possible. God help us all, if you believe in a non-existent useless entity that would be the most useless thing to say. A little like our government.

COVID 19 and the British Government

There is no doubt in my mind Britain now has the worst government in living memory. There is no minister who gives any confidence in their decision making. As for their leader, our PM, this is not a man I'd follow in any circumstances. Asking the question of how the hell they got in power gets nowhere, it was because they pumped one issue and played on those in society who believed they'd been left out, blaming the EU for all their troubles. Yet, a Tory government has been in power 10 years prior so if those voters were missing out surely it would of been down to the very same political party who'd ensured they'd missed out over this time period. The Tory press has a lot to do with it, or rather the Conservative, with a big Con press. The decisions of government impact every individual in society yet, it is obvious there is only one group of individuals who win out with a right wing government, it's those who have never wanted in their lives.

Oddly now though we are starting to see even the right win press give the government a bashing for their obtuse stewardship. Presenters on talk radio who'd normally be sympathetic begin to ask probing questions. Why is it in this time of crisis, the government lost valuable weeks on the notion Britian should undergo a living experiment in herd immunity. The theory being if enough people get Coronavirus (Covid 19) then it will provide a protection for those who don't get it. The madness began to be seen for what it was at the point they realised hospitals would be inundated with dead. They'd become the latter day morgues. As for the morgues, they'd be overwhelmed and mobile freezer lorries would be organized, not forgetting the odd ice rink to keep bodies from piling up and stinking. Such a disaster they would not be able to walk away from. The indiscriminate nature of this virus would even scare the rich. What's the use of having a few million in your bank account if you then get sick and die? So momentarily a little sanity crept back into the madness. Perhaps it saved a few lives, but now with the UK likely to have the highest European death toll the realisation was a little late. But hey, what does it matter the most vulnerable are those who take the most resources out of society. For them our taxes are spent on, care packages galore, hospital admissions by the millions in every year. The elderly and the disabled, it's pretty convenient you can hear ministers say in secret. Lets reduce pension spending and NHS spending, just by letting this little thing run on for longer than necessary. They'll spin it in the end to make it seem a lot was done, but when it's done late then it's a second thought rather than a first thought.

So it is Johnson recovers from the lurgies, in consideration he went to hospitals where patients were and shook their hands its almost like he wanted to catch it in the first place. I'm sure going to ICU was a bit of a scare, yet blindly and with jolly vigor he would not believe this was a deadly illness. He thought in his mind it was just like a strong flu. Will it of taught him a lesson? Who knows?  We'll see. But one thing's for sure, we'll still be coming out of Europe, regardless of the need to get PPE supplies and save lives, heavens above, a delay would be out of the question.

The greatest challenge to political leadership

This perhaps goes for every form of leadership, whether it is a mother who is taking a bunch of noisy children to the park, a manager in an organization but in particular the leader of a country. To lead from the front becomes more relevant and essential during a time of crisis. It is also the time when leadership is under the greatest of judgements both by those internal to an organization and those external. Today we see the likes of Donald Trump and Boris Johnson take on the Corona virus crisis. This is no ordinary crisis, it is one which will have an enduring impact on their countries, one which will cost lives and one which will show the failings of leadership and government strategy.

In Britain the National Health Service has been underfunded for decades by successive governments, health care has become more expensive, more extensive and more burdensome on the state. A truism of any government is they can with hand on heart say they've spent more on the NHS than the government before. But this doesn't mean anything, it has to be put into context, especially of the ever increasing number of elderly patients which require long term care until their dying day. There are not enough care homes to house them, so they lay in hospital beds blocking other patients who require the service. Monetary value then goes on maintaining the last years of health for a pensioner who is no longer contributing the same taxation to the economy as they did when many years younger and working. Something is wrong. It is wrong with how our economy works, how we pay taxes, on the type of capitalism and democracy we have in play. A look around the world sees different forms of democracy and capitalism from one country to the next. Perhaps they are on an scale between capitalism which ultimately is so egotistical it is only what the individual personally makes that matters against the tyranny of authoritarian autocracy or authoritarian communism.

A group of individuals working together is called a team, the best teams have clear lines of responsibility and work co dependently not independently. They communicate and have a joint goal they are proud of, one they all agree on and each and every member is unafraid to state what is on their mind, they know reaching their goal is what matters, but a democracy where one is valued above the other by what they can earn is not a democracy, yet it is the reality of today. Education and understanding of political systems is what holds societies together. So one faction can feed a less education to another and in so doing manipulate them into constantly voting against their own interests. As with truth, there is no white blanket of what a truth is, it comes in many shades and depends on which flavour is preferred. Human beings inherently like to confirm what their own bias shows to reveal their own truth. The moment we let go of such bias is the moment we begin to think for ourselves, the moment we filter through information and re-assemble it, and remove the qualities which exist to manipulate us the clearer our understanding becomes.

Today, the most powerful leader in the Western world advocates his ratings as a key indicator of how well he is doing. The political stage is a serious one, it costs lives, and what Trump doesn't understand is the morbid curiosity of those who are watching the American car crash happen before their eyes. The great American black comedy show, one in which the most incompetent man possible is no where near capable of dealing with the greatest challenge the Western world is facing. We may elect politicians on a single issue of importance, somehow they then come into power and this is often against the majority of voters. A single issue does not mean they are competent with the whole gamut of problems the world has, such is clear today. As Britain now also descends in the the worst econmic, health and social crisis it has ever had. We will not live long an prosper that's for sure.

Pinning the tail on the political donkey

So we come into 2020 with the last part of the decade being the most politically toxic it has been for
many years. It is easy for me to say Cameron who was full of arrogance and no substance, May the uptight leather jean wearing recluse and now Johnson the narcissic PM were not and are not my representatives of good politicians or heads of the British political system. None of them deserve a place in history none of them have the qualities of a leader I'd follow in any situation. Unless it just happened to be a clown show. Johnson's run has only just began and the worst part of all he has managed to pull on board voters over from Labour to Tory. Voters who will over the next 5 years have much time to realise the mistake of their ways. It's been stated madness is doing the same thing over and over again and hoping there will be a different result. Since 2008 the Tories have been in power and the stagnation of the UK economy continues, it's not getting better for anyone unless you happen to be a millionaire megalomaniac sitting in the highest seat of power we have, i.e. parliament.

If there were a hell, in December 2019, a very special place was made for those incumbent Labour voters who changed their mind and voted the Tories into power. A strength which has seen them now gain an 80 plus seat majority. This is in my mind the most disgraceful behaviour a traditional Labour voter can have and with no doubt such voters will have to contend with the deceased souls of their families who are no doubt raging with fury. Those ghosts will become poltergeists in the next few months. I personally feel each one of these individuals will in some way get to feel the results of their actions pretty soon, but will likely deny those results.

Getting the Tories into power has never been about Brexit, this is just what Hitchcock would call the McGovern. A reason for the story to be strung along. The Tories being in power is to as usual ensure Tories are better off in this world than those who they see as plebs. With the next 5 years they will financially kill Britain, selling off everything they possibly can and making money on everything they possibly can and say it is an efficiency measure. The death of the NHS is but a 1000 sword strikes away, as they under fund it yet at the same time say it has the biggest injection of cash resources it's ever had. A true statement which can be said every single year by every single government, easily satisfied by just giving the NHS more money but ensuring it is below inflationary measures. Effectively the NHS will be starved of resources, if you want health care you will have to personally buy into private health care which costs on average £1500 per year per member of your family. Of course if you have a pre-existing illness this will not be treated.  At present we have suffered 10 years of austerity now we're about to leave the EU then our free trading agreements will also end, so will the quick entry and exit of goods and services from and into the UK as tariffs will need to be added. Tariffs which the purchaser will be required to pay for not the government, so wait and see your shopping basket go up.

The right wing tabloid media had a wonderful time in the election of December 2019, they touted fear politics and Corbyn was the easiest target to hit. Democracy has been attacked successfully. This was not a game of pin the tail on the donkey blindfolded. In this scenario the donkey was endowed with the biggest backside in the world and the blindfold was lost, a huge spot light focused on that bottom and with the stench of a recent big shite even the visually impaired didn't have a problem hitting the mark. However, the thing with the tabloid media is it eats up news more readily than any machine can make news. It doesn't take long before the same tabloid media starts to throw out verbal crap on the disgraceful behaviour of their own Tory MPs, who will with no doubt provide lots of news worthy items. Very much like being stuck on an island of cannibals who've just finished of their rival tribe now looking eye fully at their over fat great uncle who will nicely fit in next week's cooking pot.

As the children's party ends each beautiful little child walks away with a goody bag, a little cake some sweets and perhaps a small prize they won from the events of the afternoon. Maybe even a paper cut out donkey tail, they are happy. However, for those who voted Tory but live ordinary working class lives, those who believe in a just and equal society but still voted for this government their disappointment or perhaps guilt for doing so will become a large burden on their back to carry around. They are not going to be able to seek medical attention for it because there will be no GP surgery there to attend. Maybe we'll see a resurgence of modern day witch craft, a return to ignorance and bigotry long ago removed through education. But of course there will be little education about either as classroom sizes increase. Oh dear what Britain becomes in the future will be something Hercules would have a problem carrying on his back.

The Brexit Election, a divided country.

Britain has just come out of yet another election and there is a lot to be learnt from the result. It would be easy to say the main focus of the election was Brexit, but it's one of many variables to be considered. Many times the argument was put forward the people had voted, they had decided we should get out of the EU. Other arguments were against Corbyn the MP who historically had made some controversial remarks and supported causes which were vilified. The election was nasty, Johnson used emotive terms which grabbed easy headlines, his was a populist tabloid retort to anything he could. Whereas Corbyn did not simplify arguments against the individual known as ad hominem and tried to position facts. Public image wise Corbyn came across as a rather stiff, teacher like figure who occasionally got uptight and spoke through clenched teeth. Whilst Johnson did his best to be calm, show humorous outrage, was bumbling, likeable and reasoned. Johnson's message was clear, it was a single message, whereas Corbyn's was difficult to understand because it prevaricated, it was neither yes nor no, and the public wanted a dramatic finish to the debate.

However, true in itself, the referendum should of never taken place, it was put into action by a self-centred Tory PM who cared more for washing out the in-fighting with his own party than the reality of a vote which went against his own arrogance. Voters went against Cameron not just for Brexit, they were fed up with austerity, fed up with the political elites not getting it, they thought this country is capable it can pick itself up, be great, have full employment and be doing something. Brexit was a scapegoating event, put the blame on the foreigners not on our own politicians, nor blame the voters for putting the Tories in power in the first place. Further to this those who voted Brexit and those who voted Remain had become two divided camps both dug into their opinion and even if one side of debate was more logical and valid than the other, neither could turn back, there was too much commitment. Then between the 2016 and 2019 a war waged, online, in parliament and on the streets.

The issue of Brexit gets blown up, in reality it is highly complex. Yet the country was given just a dichotomy to consider "in" or "out" nothing else. How could anyone  abandon 50 years of trade agreements, laws and treaties with just a simplified binary vote? For this is exactly what happened when Brexit took place, it was way too complex an issue to be put on the table for fair-weather friends to decide on a whim what impacted on them. The highest level of hubris brought Cameron down, the best ever thing he did was resign, but out of the ashes of resignation came forth a new phoenix, his name brushed off the incompetence of May to become PM Johnson. A man who no matter how much he'd been proven to lie during his career somehow adapted himself yet again to another lie, changed his stance from originally advocating Remain to leaving. This man had no scruples about making money in his career as a pop political journalist, being an MP and also being Mayor of London. His record of cuts and austerity to London has scared it. What he played was a figure head, a focal point for the Brexit voter, something to look towards, someone with just a single message. The election became about Brexit and nothing else, because of those stuck in the ground views by both sides, a binary decision had become one of who is to win which was more important than being right.  When an election should be fought on policies not just a single issue.

Corbyn has history, he has too much political history, but more than this some of his views have been considered extremist, to the extent the average voter could not tolerate voting for him, even though he was the man leading the Labour party. The pictures of him with Gerry Adams and other IRA members are enough to make anyone who remembers the troubles from that time to cuss Corbyn and never let his name be spoken before. No wonder at one point his face was put on dummy training targets for fresh army recruit firing practice. Speaking up for terrorists is always a bad thing when at war with them. He'd been a back bencher for most of his political life and this is probably a place he should stay for a little longer. He believed in nuclear disarmament, nationalisation, getting the rich to pay more in taxes.  Yet, it was Corbyn the man who lost it for Labour, his public image his views and the plethora of material tabloid newspapers were able to find and regurgitate to the public.  In the active pursuit of votes, every nasty vile thing was going to be said about Corbyn and they were going to swing the Labour heartlands over, forced them to face up to it, their man was not up to scratch. He was a London luvie and didn't represent the northern worker.  Corbyn became toxic easily.

At some point Johnson will push the UK out of Europe, yet when this happens how do his voters think Britain will be become better than it is? Some are locked in the belief the Great British spirit will soldier on, will take us through this bad time, that we can make things, we can do things and become Great, it is as though they have been imprisoned in a time capsule from the 1800s when Britain ruled the world and let out again. Britain is not Great, and it never will be, this dangerous word should be removed from all literature because it gives a false notion to the general population we as in Britain were great together. A look at history will tell you, we were not. Britain was good for the wealthy but it has never tugged up the living standards of the poorest. Until that is the welfare state came about and the national health service. Both of which are now going to be pushed to the brink of non-existence. As foreign nationals who work in it begin to leave, all those thousands of nurses from other countries and doctors will now consider their position. Waiting lists will increase and the common British population are doomed to die, little by little. Hospitals will become places of death, the elderly who have no social care will block beds, the frail will die, those who may be of working age but needing an operation to get back into society again and earning a wage will not. They will wait for years on end, they will then receive little to no benefits because the Universal Credit system has been made to only be available to those who are working on the lowest incomes and does it's best to prevent the disabled from applying for benefits, rejecting them and making them jump through a thousand hoops, even the critically ill don't get benefits until they have died. And what is the use then? The system has done it's deed.

The Tory camp went on an offensive, with Johnson pushing for an election as soon as he got into power as a PM. However, he also lowered the tone of debate and played to the silent racist who is always afraid to open their mouth in fear of being found out

Those voters who indeed lent their vote to the Tories just on the single issue of Brexit have been disillusioned with politics and politicians. But what they don't understand is they have also been used by them, used and now they will be abused for a further 5 years until the penny drops. Then perhaps after a friend or relative has been buried six feet under, or some kind of self realisation kicks in and a light bulb moment comes into awareness. Whereas those who did vote Labour now feel betrayed by what their family, friends and colleagues have done, there will be bitterness and divide to such a deep level many of us will no longer associate or be family to those we once loved. This discord is the very thing the Tories will feed on and enjoy, because it will break up the working classes and as the old saying goes, divide and conquer. They certainly have done that today.

Jacob Reece-Mogg the Disgrace of an MP

JRM or Lord Fonteroy to his mates, is an out and out rich man and believer in the idea some are born to govern. Just like Cameron is known to be. Except in the case of Reece-Mogg archaic behaviour and one's own superiority is worn on his cuff and displayed with free abandon. This man has come to be one of the many focal points of our government. He hopes to make hundreds of millions in the great British pound as soon as he can get the UK out of the EU. It doesn't matter about the effect it will have on the nation, but JRM will be fine. As a hedge fund manager and as an MP he's in the perfect place to push politics in a way to benefit himself. This is what we see now. It is one might consider a form of playing the dark art of politics for one's self.

Jacob Reece-Mogg is the MP for North East Somerset, which is a very safe Tory seat. However, his behaviour has been disgusting, especially when he implied the victims of the Grenfell Tower fire were lacking in common sense. This he did on a radio program while being interviewed. Soon after he tried to apologise. However, what had been said has such impact and significance it cannot be ignored. There was no taking into account the situation, the advice the fire service had given residents of the Tower, or that it was equal common sense towers of this nature should not be fitted with highly flammable materials which makes them no longer fire safe. Towers which were designed to originally section a fire to the flat it originated from and not allow it to spread. JRM would of known this, he would of been exposed to the media and read the headlines in the newspapers. For of all the things he is, it is not stupid. Yet he has made one very stupid comment. These individuals were different from him and he knew best.

If the residents of North East Sommerset vote this disgraceful MP back into power, it is because they are mindful of keeping a Tory in power, regardless of what he says or does. It would be through ignorance of knowing, this is a man who should not be a representative of a constituency. For sure, there must be blocks of flats in his own constituency and so those occupants may change their view on him. Fingers crossed he is no longer in the next parliament, however given the ten thousand majority he has, it's wishful thinking.

Robert Mugabe, traitor, dictator and theif to Zimbarbe

Sometimes when a politician dies, there is relief, with Robert Mugabe it is not just relief but stunned questioning. Where did he hive off all the billions he stole from Zimbabwe? It is likely some numbered Swiss account is holding it. Why grieve a dictator? Probably because those who grieve are in fear of their lives. In the West there will be no sorrow, and as for Zimbabwe, many of those inhabitants will continue to live in poverty, have no health care and likely die young.

Good riddance Mugabe, unfortunately your legacy will live on, as the bread basket of Africa has now become the waste land.

Trade with a lunatic they call a president, ha!

It is beyond belief America has an orange turd as president, one who can barely read, is a narcissist and believes he has a hot line to a non-existent super entity many refer to as god. Oh dear. Lately as Britain moves towards the inevitable cliff edge we call BREXIT, which is the ultimate in self-flagellation in my opinion, the notion has been we can negotiate a trade agreement with said turd. The erroneous justification is to have respect for the office of president. Even if there is no respect in the actual holder. Lets get this absolutely straight, a corrupt villain who loves to negotiate hard deals with those who are in desperate situations rubs his hands together in anticipation he is about to shaft the entire UK and fist pump his way to heaven, is this who you would have us negotiate with?  Whether Bozo Johnson will have any insight into the obnoxious idea of do or die, and die being a hell of a more salient reality is also another dilemma. For the single reason of having to deal with the orange turd we should just call the whole thing off and stay in the EU. Until said lummox has been put to rest and with such permanence we'll know he'll never return. Perhaps on a never ending golf course where he can cheat at every hole and is always declared the winner. It's not just that he's president, his craving for attention is greater than a toddler who is running off with it's parent's shoe and thinks it's fun.

Nobody really knows what WTO rules mean, lets face it. Life is short and nobody in their right mind would bother to look them up. Yet this seems to be the get out of jail excuse for those who have voted to leave the EU. Unfortunately, they to have not the inkling of what WTO rules mean. They are pulled out of a hat as if to say, this is the end of the conversation, I've won and you are the loser. The issue is we will all be losers and the country will become a much less of a financial powerhouse, even if the same voters believe we are a power house. Fact is, we do an awful lot of trade in the world but this doesn't make us rich, because the deficit is increasing. Our borrowing continues and equanimity still has not been reached. Perhaps the reality is, it never can be reached the way we are going. The economic model this country is living on is dying. The constitutional model our political system is run on is also in the last throws of a poisoning. Each and every inhabitant of this country wallows in ignorance, or should I say some a lot more than others. There are 66 million people here, our elderly population is growing disproportionately, our working population doesn't earn enough to pay the taxes to look after said elderly. Something has got to give. Maybe a cliff edge BREXIT will do it. There will be less access to medical supplies from the EU and there will be less access to food from the EU. The ultimate result will be an increased mortality rate, the vulnerable, elderly, young and disabled will surely be picked off as casualty figures. This is a very real issue. I don't understand why those who voted just don't get it. My prediction is, a substantial increase in mortality during the first years of BREXIT, an increase in poverty and the gradual re emigration of EEA nationals back to their own countries to get away from a UK which will effectively become a developing or rather declining sick man out of Europe.

The death of Mariam Moustafa - when Murder is afray

A young teenage woman, is followed by a gang of other women onto a bus. There’s a video showing that for a short period a young man kept the gang of girls away from her. Or so it seems. The video clip is short and would of surely come from one of the gang. The single young lady picked on is of Eygptian descent, the girls who attacked her were said to number between 6 and 10. They hit her many times. As her father indicated in an interview she had bruises all over her body. The gang of other teenage girls were all black. Six of them were taken to court, the names of three were released, but the others were kept confidential.

This young woman was Mariam Moustafa, 18, was attacked on February 20th, she went to hospital after the attack, where she was discharged. Then was taken again having been found in a coma. On March 14th she died of a brain embolism.

Here is a case of the justice system getting it completely wrong. So wrong as to make it look like a laughing stock. It doesn’t matter it took four weeks for Mariam to die after her attack, the result whether delayed or instant was the same. But just imagine, if Mariam had died on that bus, after the assault what the headlines would of been like. There certainly would of been no delay in arresting the gang and keeping them rightfully locked up.

Perhaps though because Mariam didn't die instantly this has been treated differently. Which is wrong, the assault on Mariam led to her death, this is fact.  Therefore the salient question is why is it no one has been charged with murder?  Everyone of those girls should be charged by joint enterprise as participants to this cowardly gang bullying and murder.

Poor Mariam had met some of this group before, they had bullied her and they were intent on harming Mariam. The reason is irrelevant for there is nothing this single young lady on her own could have done to protect herself. Nothing she could of done to provoke this, she was effectively a young woman who faced racism, a hate crime and paid with her life.  Mariam ran onto that bus In Parliament Square, Nottingham. To get away from the gang, she wanted to avoid confrontation. She’d even texted her mother and sister not to meet her as she didn’t want them to get involved or hurt. Seeing the momentary video clip of Marian boils up anger when viewed as this was a vulnerable girl being harassed by a gang of cowards. Girls who should not be allowed a day of liberty, girls who should be paying for their crime properly.

This young lady had her life in front of her, she wanted to be an engineering student, she was loved by her family so much. Her father Mohamed Moustafa is rightly angry at the British justice system, and so to is Eygpt as the story took off like a bomb shell in their press. Mr Moustafa was not kept up to date with the hearing schedule for the accused girls, the courts had kept him in the dark. He had no chance to stare them in the face.

The identified culprits are Mariah Fraser, 19, Britania Hunter, 18, and a 16-year-old girl, admitted their part in the attack before Judge Gregory Dickinson QC on April 16. Three other teenage girls, two aged 17 and one aged 18 admitted affray at Nottingham Youth Court last year.

There should be a consequence to a crime and the consequence should equal the severity of the crime in law. I put it, if all the six girls were on charge for this crime and murder by joint enterprise, they'd crack. Under the pressure of TV, press and pointing the finger of blame at each other. The truth would come out, their vile and disgusting behaviour aired for all to hear. Then justice would be served. So the Crown Prosecution Service have got it wrong. They have not thought this through. Therefore the question is why are they all not on murder charges?
